FAQ
Product Care and Use:
Is your pottery food safe? Yes, all of my pieces are glazed with lead-free, non-toxic glazes and are safe for everyday use.
Can you put ceramics in the microwave and dishwasher? Yes, my stoneware pottery is both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to extend the life of your handmade pieces, handwashing is always recommended.
Can your pottery go in the oven? I do not recommend putting my pottery pieces in the oven unless specifically stated as oven safe. Extreme thermal shock can cause a piece to crack.
Ordering & Shipping:
How long does it take for my order to ship? All in-stock items ship within 5–8 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for expedited shipping. Transit time will vary based on location.
How is my pottery packaged? Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. If you have any concerns about your shipment, don't hesitate to reach out.
Do you accept custom orders? I am not accepting custom orders at this time. Keep an eye on the shop for new releases and restocked pieces!
What is your return policy? Because each piece is handmade and unique, all sales are final. If your pottery arrives damaged, please photograph both the box and the broken item and contact me within 48 hours so I can arrange either a full refund or a replacement of a different item of equal value.
The Pottery Process:
Why do the color and size of my pieces look different from the photos? Each piece is thrown on the wheel or hand-built, so minor variations in size, glaze, thickness, shape, and color are part of the charm and authenticity of artisanal ceramics. That is the beauty of handmade pottery — each piece is truly one of a kind.
Can I visit your studio? Currently my studio is a private workspace and is not open to the public.
How can I stay updated on new work and restocks? The best way to stay in the loop is to check back on the shop regularly, or sign up for email updates and you'll be notified as soon as new pieces are added.
